Please read the following important information in preparation for your FAFSA completion virtual appointment. If you need to reschedule your virtual appointment, please email: infonb@middlesexcc.edu.
IMPORTANT
You and your parent, if applicable, will need a FSA ID number in order to electronically sign the FAFSA.
Request the FSA ID here: fsaid.ed.gov/npas/index.htm
You will want to create a NJ FAMS account, which will enable you to be considered for additional state funding.

2023-2024 FAFSA (Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024 Classes)
You must provide the following documents for student and parent, if applicable.
- 2021 taxes (and W-2)
- Records of any untaxed income received
- Social Security Number (for student and/or parent(s) if under 24)
- Driver’s License Number (if you drive)
