- Apply Online – Complete your online application with a $25 application fee.
- File your FAFSA – Complete your FAFSA at studentaid.gov – The Middlesex College financial aid code is 002615.
- If you need help completing your FAFSA, sign up for a FAFSA on Demand session.
- Middlesex College priority deadline to file is June 1 for Fall, November 1 for Spring.
- Already completed your FAFSA? Check your financial aid status by logging into Self Service. Your NetID is required. (See instructions below to claim your NetID.)
- Claim Your NETID – Your NetID is required during your enrollment process. It provides access to College services including your Middlesex College Outlook student email account, campus wireless network, and the Canvas Learning Management System for coursework. The steps to claim your NetID are easy to follow:
- Visit netid.middlesexcollege.edu and select “Claim My Account.”
- Enter your student ID and date of birth to verify your identity.
- Set your initial password and security questions/answers.
- Submit Official Transcripts – Submit all official transcripts and applicable test scores to Enrollment Services for course placement and/or transfer credits. Visiting students attending another college/university do not need to submit transcripts.
- High School Transcripts or Proof of High School Equivalency.

- Register For Classes – Please note: If you did not enter a Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) at the time of application, email us at admissions@middlesexcollege.edu for more information and next steps prior to registering for classes.
- New Students – First-year and transfer students who have submitted all applicable transcripts are invited to sign up for New Student Advising to register for classes. Sign-up for new student advising today.
- ESL Students – Are you an English Language Learner? Did you study outside of the United States? Did you complete any ESL courses while in high school? If so, you will have to take the ESL placement test prior to attending a New Student Advising appointment. To schedule the ESL placement test, please email ESLC@middlesexcollege.edu.
- Visiting Students – Visiting students should register using Self Service or request assistance with course selection and registration by emailing advising@middlesexcollege.edu.
- Returning Students – Current and returning students should connect with Advising in one of the following ways for academic planning and course registration:
- Meet with an Academic Advisor in the Advising Center in West Hall.
- Email advising@middlesexcollege.edu from your Middlesex Outlook account with your questions.
- Build your upcoming schedule with Advising on Demand. Please visit our Academic Advising page for additional information and complete instructions.
- Pay Tuition – Payment Options:
- Pay in full online using Self Service or in-person at Enrollment Services in West Hall.
- Enroll in the Payment Plan using Self Service.
- Pay using your awarded financial aid/scholarships.
