Academic Advising

Starting a new semester can be exciting and overwhelming. Meet with an advisor who can help you create an academic plan to make sure you have a path to graduation, assist with course selection and registration, and discuss transfer and career goals.

New Students

Orientation for new students starts from the moment they are admitted, and includes:

• Attending a New Student Advising meeting with an advisor to discuss transfer and career goals, their major, and course registration
• Completing Online Orientation to learn about Middlesex College and important resources
• New Student Week – a week of activities to help new students learn about academic programs and student support services
• Workshops

Current Students

Current students can meet with an advisor to discuss academic progress, course registration, elective options, transfer plans and other questions. Students can drop-in to the Student Success Center in West Hall or make a virtual appointment
