The Middlesex College Foundation was chartered in 1966 to provide educational opportunities for qualified students requiring financial assistance to attend Middlesex College.
Our Students Have Many Stories
They are resilient, determined, and full of potential.
We have scholars who are first-generation.
We have single mothers juggling the responsibilities of raising children with the dream of earning a degree
Students who make the choice between taking on an extra shift at work to pay their bills or attending class that day,
And students looking to begin their college journey close to home and closer to their budget.
Our students come from many different backgrounds and often overcome significant challenges to achieve their academic goals. At the Middlesex College Foundation, we are continuously striving to expand our financial resources to better support these extraordinary students.
Your support can help us provide life-changing opportunities, empower students to achieve their goals, and create a brighter future for themselves and their families. Together, we can transform lives and build a stronger community.
Our Commitment
Since 1967, the Middlesex College Foundation has committed to providing access to education and has distributed over $21.7 million in scholarships, financial aid and grants to more than 19,500 deserving students. Responding to Diverse Student Needs
The needs of our students are as diverse as the ways in which we can support them. From substantial corporate contributions and endowed scholarships to smaller, recurring donations, each gift plays a vital role in meeting these varied needs.
Our donors—individuals like alumni, friends, and staff, as well as organizations and corporations — share a common dedication to helping our students achieve their academic and career aspirations.
Your support can make a meaningful difference in many ways. Explore the various options to contribute and learn how you can be part of this impactful journey.
Support an essential resource that addresses the immediate issue of food insecurity facing our students, and provides other basics like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and baby items. Other services related to housing, healthcare, transportation, childcare, technology, Wi-Fi access, and more are available.
Financial aid through scholarships can make a world of difference for students funding their education. The Middlesex College Foundation offers over 150 scholarship opportunities, which help offset the expense of higher education for a broad range of students across academic disciplines.
Named annual scholarships may begin with a contribution of $2,000 a year for a minimum of 3 years.
Give students the technology needed to be successful in the classroom. The Middlesex College Foundation’s Chromebook Ownership Program is available to students through the Community Resource Hub and Food Pantry. A gift of $220 gives a hard-working student the technology needed to succeed.
Unanticipated spending can derail a student’s academic journey. Your support can help students pay for non-tuition expenses such as rent, emergency medical costs, food or transportation, and utility bills.
Student life and academic support provides opportunity or faculty and college leadership to develop or enhance specific programs. Restricted gift to programmatic restriction can be made based on donor interest and College priorities. Naming opportunities are available for significant gifts.
