Civic Engagement and Community Partnerships (CECP) serves as Middlesex College’s bridge to the community focused on building equitable, reciprocal partnerships that address shared challenges and create meaningful impact.
Who We Work With
CECP collaborates with a wide range of partners across Middlesex County and beyond who share a commitment to equity, civic participation, and community well-being. Our partners reflect the diverse communities we serve and play an essential role in shaping meaningful, place-based engagement.
We regularly work alongside:
- Community- and faith-based organizations addressing social, economic, and educational needs
- Local schools and youth-serving organizations supporting student success and college access
- Civic, nonprofit, and advocacy organizations advancing democratic engagement and public service
- Municipal agencies and community coalitions focused on local priorities and systems-level change
- Campus partners including faculty, staff, student organizations, Athletics, and honor societies
Together, we co-create initiatives that respond to community-identified priorities, provide high-impact learning opportunities for students, and contribute to the vitality of our region.
