Colleague, Self Service, and the MyMiddlesex portal will be offline beginning at the close of business on Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 15 as system upgrades are completed. College presents new experiences that may require adjustments in life as new interests and abilities are discovered. Our licensed, mental health counselors are here to promote a safe and inclusive space to support students in adjusting to the demands of college and life. Our goal is to support students in their emotional and mental wellbeing. We see students as individuals, exploring and growing to be the best version of themselves, towards thriving in their academic and wellness journey and goals.
Personal issues often make it difficult to focus on academic work. Our professional counselors can provide support and assist you with developing more effective coping strategies to handle daily pressures, including family problems, relationship issues, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. We follow legal and ethical guidelines within our role.
Services are free and confidential, and offered in a private space.
We offer both virtual and in-person appointments to meet your availability.
We can provide additional referrals and resources for mental health support.
