Vehicle #1 was exiting Lot #1 when it struck Vehicle #2 which was traveling southbound on College Drive East. Vehicle #1 sustained minor scratches to the left side front fender. During the encounter, the individual was elusive regarding her identity and reasoning for being inside the building at that late hour.
