Police responded to Lot #6 for a belated hit and run. The driver parked the vehicle around 7:45 am and upon returning to the vehicle at approx. 12:20 pm, observed damage consistent with a sideswipe. The subjects entered the area of The Winner’s Circle, took merchandise and left without paying.
