Simple Assault

Police responded to a fight in the Instructional Resource Center, second floor men’s restroom. It was conveyed to Police that the victim had banged on the stall in the restroom which was occupied. The occupant then exited the stall and a brief argument ensued. The suspect then struck the victim multiple times in the face with a closed fist. The victim sustained lacerations to his face and around both eyes and was transported to a local hospital. #24MC00041 – Closed C.
