Motor Vehicle Crash

Police responded to Parking Lot # 1 for an MVA. Upon arrival, the driver of V1 stated that as he began to back up out of a parking space, he did not observe V2 parked behind his vehicle.  Subsequently, striking V2 on the rear passenger side door.  The driver of V2 stated that she was traveling Westbound in Parking Lot # 1 and came to a complete stop as indicated by lane markings.  The driver of V2 stated that V1 then suddenly struck her vehicle.  V1 sustained moderate damage to the rear bumper and V2 sustained moderate damage to the rear passenger side door.  Both drivers refused medical attention while on scene. #2023-00208362 – Closed – C.
