Fraud

An individual reported to Police that he received an email offering a position in which he would receive payment in exchange for running personal errands. After providing his cell phone number and address, the victim received a tracking number where he would be receiving a large check. Immediately, the victim became suspicious and reported the aforementioned to police. #I-2022-017846. Closed C.
