Police responded to Chambers Hall for an activated fire alarm. MC Facilities Department had installed a replacement smoke detector that was later determined to be defective. The faulty smoke detector activated the fire alarm. The Fire Department reset the alarm. After conducting a safety inspection, the building was deemed safe for re-entry. #24MC00159 – Closed C.
