An individual stated that while sitting in College Center, she was approached by two females who tried to instigate a fight by calling her names. In addition, they asked if she had her wallet and if she wanted to go outside and fight. The victim left the College Center and proceeded to meet up with family members who notified Police. Due to the offensive remarks used, the incident is classified as Bias. #2023-00233502 – Closed C.
