Important Information about Ticketing and Bag Policy

There has been a change in Jersey Mike’s Arena (Rutgers Athletic Center) ticketing policy – Graduates will be issued 6 e-tickets for friends and family.

Please note, a previous communication said 8 e-tickets, however, this has recently changed based on the Jersey Mike Arena’s policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

When and how will I get my tickets?

e-Tickets will be sent to graduates who have ordered their cap and gown by the April 14 ordering deadline, approximately two weeks before the Commencement Ceremony. Graduates who purchase their cap and gown after the April 14 deadline will receive their tickets at a later date. Tickets will be disbursed by Jersey Mike’s Arena to the email address provided when the cap and gown was ordered.

What if I need more tickets?

Depending on the number of graduates participating in the Commencement Ceremony, a decision will be made the week prior regarding the availability of extra tickets. Please email graduation@middlesexcc.edu with the total number of extra tickets needed to have your name added to a waitlist list for extra tickets. Once a decision is made, additional information will be provided by email on the status of the request.

How do I share tickets with my friends and family?

Forward the e-tickets via email to your friends and family. Please note each ticket has a unique QR code and may only be used to permit one guest to the Arena and may not be reused.

Please note, Jersey Mike’s Arena has told us that screenshot and printed tickets will not scan.

Clear Bag Policy
