Graduates should arrive at 8:30 a.m. for check-in as the procession begins promptly at 9:30 a.m.
Please note change in Jersey Mike’s Arena (Rutgers Athletic Center) ticketing policy – Graduates will be issued six (digital) e-tickets to distribute to guests for entry into Commencement. A ticket is not required for the graduate to gain entry into the arena (only guests are required to present a ticket). Graduates will receive an email at the address provided when the cap and gown is ordered with instructions to access and download tickets.
E-tickets can be accessed in one of two ways:
- Download the free Rutgers Scarlet Knights App and create an account. All guests at Commencement will need an e-ticket to enter. Graduates can transfer e-tickets to their guests using the app.
- Or, sign in to the Rutgers ticket portal and create an account. All guests at Commencement will need an e-ticket to enter. Graduates can transfer e-tickets to their guests using the ticket portal.

Congratulations Grad! Commencement is the best day of the year. It’s the day when the entire College community – faculty, staff, alumni, and trustees – honors your achievement and celebrates with you this new beginning that we mark at Commencement.
Earning an associate degree or certificate is a major life accomplishment, and you should be proud. We know that you worked hard to arrive at this moment. This milestone also marks fulfillment of a promise from our incredible faculty and staff who have inspired, challenged, and supported you on your journey at Middlesex College.

Dhruv Sethi Is Named Class of 2025 Salutatorian
Sethi, of Edison, will earn his associate degree in computer science at the College’s 58th commencement ceremony on May 13, at Jersey Mike’s Arena.
Alexandra Badaway Is Named Class of 2025 Valedictorian
Badaway, of North Brunswick, will earn her associate degree in business administration and speak at the College’s 58th commencement ceremony on Tuesday, May 13, at the Jersey Mike’s Arena.
Angela Cruz Is Named Middlesex College’s 2025 Alumna of the Year
Angela Cruz ’86 serves as Global Campaign Enablement Lead for Sales Excellence at Accenture. As Alumna of the Year, Cruz will speak at the college’s 58th Commencement.
