Get Ready for Big Changes at Middlesex College!
Middlesex County and Middlesex College are making major upgrades on campus — and it’s all about creating more opportunities for you. The Community, Innovation, and Opportunity Strategic Investment (CIO) Plan will transform student life at Middlesex College with two new additions:
The Open-Air, Multipurpose Community Venue
This 3,500-seat, state-of-the-art facility will be your new go-to spot for game days and unforgettable nights out. Think concerts, major sports games, cultural festivals, farmers markets, and more! And it will be the official home of Rutgers Baseball starting in 2026.
Here’s what’s coming:
- A pro-level field that meets NCAA, Minor League Baseball, and FIFA standards
- Premium private boxes available for the VIP experience
- Food stalls and hangout spots
The New Student Center
This 30,000-square-foot hub is designed to be a centerpiece of student life at Middlesex College.
Fresh spaces to discover, including:
- Lounges and study spots
- Game rooms
- A full-service restaurant for you and your friends to grab a bite to eat
- A new, purpose-built space for Hospitality, Culinary, and Dietetics — showcasing advanced kitchens that offer Culinary Arts students immersive, hands-on learning opportunities
