Thanks to the New Jersey Community College Opportunity Grant (CCOG), a college degree doesn’t have to come with a lifetime of debt.
Based on eligibility, CCOG covers the full or partial cost of tuition (at the in-county rate) and approved educational fees that are not already covered by federal and state financial aid or scholarships for New Jersey residents.
FREE TUITION if you:
- Make less than $65,000.
- Dependent students: those who must report their parental information on the FAFSA; parental Adjusted Gross Income must be less than $65,000.
- Independent students: student and spouse, if married; Adjusted Gross Income must be less than $65,000.
- Have no prior college degree.
- Are enrolled for Fall or Spring semester for a minimum of 6 credits and up to 18 credits per semester.
- Are making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as determined by the Financial Aid Department.
