Colleague, Self Service, and the MyMiddlesex portal will be offline beginning at the close of business on Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 15 as system upgrades are completed. Canvas will remain available during this period, but updates from Colleague will be disabled (e.g., account or live course creation, enrollment changes).

This spring break, Middlesex College will complete a major upgrade to Colleague as part of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project. This long-planned update will modernize the system that supports Finance, Human Resources, and the full student lifecycle, helping us better integrate, automate, and secure data across campus.

To complete this work, Colleague, Self Service, and the MyMiddlesex portal will be offline beginning at the close of business on Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 15.

Please note the following:

  • Canvas will remain available during this period, but updates from Colleague will be disabled (e.g., account or live course creation, enrollment changes)
  • For admissions questions, please email admissions@middlesexcollege.edu
  • For registration inquiries/changes, please email registration@middlesexcollege.edu
  • For financial aid information and/or document submission, please email faid@middlesexcollege.edu
  • For course selection or academic advising questions, please email advising@middlesexcollege.edu
  • For payment questions, please email cashier_mail@middlesexcollege.edu
  • Colleague URLs will change as part of the upgrade. New links will be available on MyMiddlesex once the update is complete. Any saved bookmarks or links will need to be updated once the system returns online.

This upgrade represents the culmination of years of planning, preparation, and collaboration across departments. Thank you to the many faculty, staff, and ERP committee members who contributed their time and expertise to make this important milestone possible.
