Harvestfest Brings Hayrides and Fall Vibes
Middlesex College’s annual HarvestFest welcomed the community to our beautiful Edison campus in celebration of the autumnal season with plenty of apple cider and fun for the whole family.
Hundreds of Middlesex County community members gathered to celebrate the most colorful time of year at Middlesex College’s annual HarvestFest.
The event featured a wide variety of family-friendly activities for those of all ages to enjoy including food trucks, music, a magic show, horse-drawn carriage rides, inflatable games, a classic car show, and a choose-your-own pumpkin patch.
Attendees were also invited to explore all that Middlesex College has to offer, including credit and noncredit degree and certificate programs, as well as student clubs.
“Each year, Middlesex College faculty, staff, and students look forward to welcoming the greater community to celebrate the beginning of the Fall season and the new school year,” said Middlesex College President Mark McCormick. “It brings us great pride to integrate with our neighbors, share some cider, and bask in the season of new beginnings.”
The event also coincided with the College’s Student Art Showcase, on display in Chambers Hall now through October 2027. The exhibit showcases art from students and recent alumni of all majors, levels, and mediums with the goal of highlighting their achievement in a visible, celebratory way that fosters pride, builds connections, and inspires future students to see the value of an education rooted in creativity and self-expression.
