Third parties that may require this information may include insurance companies, lending institutions and prospective employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrollment status at the College is defined as the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full Time = 12 or more credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half Time = 6-11 credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than Half = 1-5 credits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading bb-primary-1\">How to Obtain a Certification\/Verification&nbsp;of Enrollment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Student Clearinghouse is&nbsp;the authorized agent for providing Certification of Enrollment for Middlesex College students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifications are not available until approximately two weeks&nbsp;AFTER&nbsp;the beginning of a semester.&nbsp;If a third party&nbsp;is requesting enrollment information prior to a Certification\/Verification of Enrollment being available, please furnish a copy of your Schedule\/Invoice that shows your current semester registration status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/experience.elluciancloud.com\/mcc638\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MyMiddlesex<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Official Requests Card, select \u201cRequest an Enrollment Verification\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the National Student Clearinghouse Website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Obtain an Enrollment Certificate, and choose&nbsp;<strong>one<\/strong>&nbsp;of the following options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current Enrollment \u2013 for the semester you are taking classes in now<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Enrollment \u2013 every semester that you attended Middlesex College<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print out the Official Enrollment Certification\/Verification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Former Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not currently enrolled and do not know your&nbsp;login and password, you may contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>National Student Clearinghouse<br>2300 Dulles Station Boulevard, Suite 300<br>Herndon, VA 20171<br>703.742.4200 (phone)<br>703.742.7792 (fax)<br><a href=\"https:\/\/nscsso.my.site.com\/student\/s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mystudentcenter.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"mailto:degreeverify@studentclearinghouse.org\">degreeverify@studentclearinghouse.org<\/a>&nbsp;(Degree Verification)<br><a href=\"mailto:enrollmentverify@studentclearinghouse.org\">enrollmentverify@studentclearinghouse.org<\/a>&nbsp;(Enrollment Verification)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer loan providers, medical insurers or other parties needing to verify enrollment or graduation to the national student clearinghouse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Certification\/Verification of Enrollment&nbsp;is an official letter that indicates a student\u2019s enrollment status for a specific semester of attendance at Middlesex College.
