Students are required to submit an <a href=\"\/registrar\/add-drop-a-class\/\">Add\/Drop Change Form<\/a> to the Enrollment Services Office in West Hall, or use <a href=\"https:\/\/middlesexcollege-ss.colleague.elluciancloud.com\/Student\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FStudent\">Self Service<\/a> to withdraw online from course(s) prior to the end of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For All Withdrawals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students should retain a copy of the Add\/Drop Change Form given by the Enrollment Services Office or the Self Service confirmation of the withdrawal transaction with their permanent records. Withdrawal from a developmental course may limit the courses for which one may register for next semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/registrar\/add-drop-a-class\/\">See instructions for Course Schedule Changes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2rem\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading bb-primary-1\">Refund Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In computing refunds for withdrawals, the date of withdrawal is the date the Enrollment Services Office receives your completed <a href=\"\/registrar\/add-drop-a-class\/\">Add\/Drop Change Form<\/a> or the date that your withdrawal is submitted through <a href=\"https:\/\/middlesexcollege-ss.colleague.elluciancloud.com\/Student\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FStudent\">Self Service<\/a>.
