{"id":23,"date":"2022-05-19T08:27:40","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T12:27:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test-www.middlesexcc.edu\/paying-for-college\/?page_id=23"},"modified":"2026-03-17T14:47:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T18:47:25","slug":"debt-free-college","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/middlesexcollege.edu\/funding-your-education\/debt-free-college\/","title":{"rendered":"Debt-Free College"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Based on eligibility, CCOG covers the full or partial cost of tuition (at the in-county rate) and approved educational fees that are not already covered by federal and state financial aid or scholarships for New Jersey residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading bb-primary-1\">FREE TUITION if you:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make less than $65,000.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dependent students: those who must report their parental information on the FAFSA; parental Adjusted Gross Income must be less than $65,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent students: student and spouse, if married; Adjusted Gross Income must be less than $65,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have no prior college degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are enrolled for Fall or Spring semester for a minimum of 6 credits and up to 18 credits per semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as determined by the Financial Aid Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Have more questions?
