A ticket is not required for the graduate to gain entry into the arena (only guests are required to present a ticket). Graduates will receive an email at the address provided when the cap and gown is ordered with instructions to access and download tickets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-tickets can be accessed in one of two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download the free Rutgers <a href=\"https:\/\/scarletknights.com\/feature\/digital-ticketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scarlet Knights App<\/a>&nbsp;and create an account.&nbsp;All&nbsp;guests&nbsp;at Commencement will need an e-ticket to enter.&nbsp;Graduates can transfer e-tickets to their guests&nbsp;using the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or, sign in to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scarletknights.evenue.net\/signin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rutgers ticket portal<\/a>&nbsp;and create an account. All&nbsp;guests&nbsp;at Commencement will need an e-ticket to enter. Graduates can transfer e-tickets to their guests&nbsp;using the ticket portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read more information about accessing your e-tickets and find a list of <a href=\"https:\/\/scarletknights.com\/feature\/digital-ticketing#faq\">frequently asked questions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For technical assistance with downloading the Rutgers Scarlet Knights App, signing in to the Rutgers ticket portal, or questions about accessing and\/or transferring e-tickets, please contact the Rutgers Athletics Ticket Office between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday at (866) 445-4678, or by email at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:tickets@scarletknights.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tickets@scarletknights.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note, screenshots and printed tickets&nbsp;<strong>will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading bb-primary-1\">When and how will I get my tickets?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduates who have ordered their cap and gown by the April 14 ordering deadline will receive an email approximately two weeks before the Commencement ceremony at the address provided when the cap and gown is ordered with instructions to access and download tickets in the free Rutgers <a href=\"https:\/\/scarletknights.com\/feature\/digital-ticketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scarlet Knights App<\/a>&nbsp;or by signing in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/scarletknights.evenue.net\/signin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rutgers ticket portal<\/a>. Graduates who purchase their cap and gown after the April 14 deadline will receive their ticket link via email at a later date.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading bb-primary-1\">What if I need more tickets?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the number of graduates participating in the Commencement Ceremony, a decision will be made the week prior regarding the availability of extra tickets. Please email <a href=\"mailto:graduation@middlesexcollege.edu\">graduation@middlesexcollege.edu<\/a> with the total number of extra tickets needed to have your name added to a waitlist list for extra tickets.
